Welcome to AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School! Before you begin your journey toward obtaining your Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Enrollment:

   • By enrolling in our CDL program, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

   • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

   • AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its discretion.

2. School Policies:

   • Students are required to adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School Student Handbook.

   • Any violation of school policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.

3. Attendance:

   • Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes, lectures, and practical training sessions.

   • Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled activities.

   • Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal from the program.

4. Code of Conduct:

   • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

   • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

   • Use of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on school premises or during school-related activities.

5. Safety and Driving Standards:

   • Students must adhere to all safety regulations and driving standards outlined by AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School and relevant governing bodies.

   • Students are responsible for the safe operation of any vehicles provided during training sessions.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and training materials, are the intellectual property of AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School.

   • Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials is prohibited.

7. Liability:

   • AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the course of training, except where such liability is mandated by law.

8. Termination of Enrollment:

   • AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student for failure to comply with these terms and conditions, school policies, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the school administration.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   • AKA Hauling Commercial Driving School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to enrolled students.
